2. App Functionality

Wipely helps optimize your device by:

• Removing junk and unnecessary files.
• Detecting and clearing duplicate or similar photos, videos, and contacts.
• Managing and improving storage usage.

You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deletion. Wipely is not liable for any data loss resulting from your selections.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Wipely offers in-app purchases for premium features.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed via Apple's in-app purchase system.

4. App Updates & Modifications

Wipely may provide updates, patches, or new features. These may install automatically, and by using the app you agree to receive such updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding performance, compatibility, or accuracy. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the app.
